Become a Community Coordinator
Each HG Community is led by a franchise-style Community
Coordinator—someone who brings people together, fosters collaboration, and grows a local network that makes a difference.
Coordinators license the HG Communities brand, support,
tech, and training in exchange for:
50/50 revenue share on membership fees
70–100%of most local sponsorship revenue
Ongoing collaboration with other HG Community Coordinators
High visibility in their community as a trusted connector
The Role Is Ideal For:
Interior designers, real estate agents, and home industry professionals
Entrepreneurs or community builders with existing networks
Retired or semi-retired professionals looking for meaningful part-time work
Anyone passionate about homes, gardens, and helping their community thrive
What You'll Do:
Host monthly face-to-face connection events
Build relationships with professionals and homeowners in your community
Organize workshops, home tours, and project showcases with your community's members
Foster a welcoming, vibrant local group that supports one another
What's Required:
A $2,500 buy-in during the pre-launch development phase (includes training, branding, and launch support)
A minimum 3-year commitment to launch and grow your community
A backup or assistant coordinator (can be a member or sponsor) who will receive recognition and referral fees
Great people skills, networking ability, and basic tech comfort

With support from sponsors and partners, HG Communities is developing the technology to streamline event registration, membership, and the professional directory—creating an automated system that makes community coordination easier and more impactful. Once fully developed, communities can launch almost anywhere in the world.
